Each client is served by a lead partner but every client has access to both partners, for whatever is needed, whenever its needed.
Typically, we set weekly calls between the client and the lead partner and that partner can attend client board meetings on an “as agreed to” basis.
We hold regular internal meetings to review client needs and the second partner will often be the one to make various introductory calls, depending on the relationship.
Most importantly, our interests are directly aligned with yours.
We don’t charge fees or retainers. With the exception of travel and business expense reimbursements, there are no out of pocket expenses at all.
Instead, we will negotiate an appropriate equity participation the company with you, which, depending on your size and maturity, is typically in the 1-5% range.
